Screening and workshop for youth taking place on September 26, 2014 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at City Cinema in Charlottetown.
As part of our IMAF2014 celebrations we are screening short films from the Reel Youth Film Festival based out of Vancouver (www.reelyouth.ca). These films were judged by a youth jury as the best of the best films made by youth around the world. After this screening our workshop instructors will lead youth through a workshop on the art of making 6 second films using the Vine application. Young film makers will walk away with the inspiration and skill to make their own short films which they may want to enter into our “I Made A Film” Youth Film Challenge opening on Oct. 1st, 2014
This event is for ages 9 to 18 and is FREE to attend however numbers are limited so registration is required. Contact Kele Redmond, Project Coordinator at 902.566.5548 or kredmond@charlottetown.ca
