Those who work in the Production Coordinator department are responsible for most of the logistics that go into preparing for and executing each day of production. This requires attention to hundreds of details; all of which must mesh with one another and are in constant flux. As the Office PA, you will play a critical role in supporting those who keep it all organized and executed seamlessly. Office PA Fundamentals is a course designed to provide new DGC Members or Permittees with an orientation to the Production Office, and the role an Office PA fulfills for production.
Topics covered include:
Department structure & job descriptions; Key OPA responsibilities; Paperwork; Information flow; An overall glance at a Production from an office point of view
